A couple of times, we were negative because of the location we wanted, but he kept being positive and very determined to keep looking. I noticed an Assist-2-Sell sign in the neighbourhood and decided to inquire further since they claimed to offer the same service but for a lower price. It turns out that that’s exactly what I received. For a lower price than those offered by agents from other brokerages, I received staging advice, quality service, timely feedback through their electronic feedback system, and at least 10 showings from several agents within the first two weeks. Same service, lower price ---why not????
