I very quickly realized, from working with you, Real Estate Agents are well informed professionals who make sure the interests and values of their clients are met. You made sure to be honest and transparent and provide the best information that can be sourced. I quickly realized that the dealer network and contacts you have through the industry afford you the ability to have insight and access to the most relevant details in the home buying, and I think that allowed me save at least twenty thousand dollars and get into a neighbourhood and a house I’m comfortable with. I see that value. It was most apparent when we would go to FSBO houses and see the trouble and the stress they were under.
You made me feel very relaxed and not pressured, You allowed me to make sure I could see and think about any houses i wanted and never made me feel like I had to rush into any decisions i didn't feel comfortable with. You even went to see houses with my parents when i couldn't be in town. It was a long process for us buying a house but you never seemed to loose faith, even when I was, and that made me see that you had my best interests at heart.
I would definitely recommend you to my cohorts and in the event I need to sell again.
